About Modplan MEI

Established in 2017, Modplan MEI Ltd was originally created to serve and carry out Mechanical and Electrical works for our sister companies, Modplan Building & Refurbishment Ltd and Modplan Home Improvements Ltd.

Since the company’s inception we have seen year on year growth and have now expanded the business, our team, and our client portfolio including completing contracts for other main contractors. Carrying out M&E works ranging from small domestic call outs right through to large domestic and small commercial projects exceeding £300k value.

Our aim is to provide a full service for our clients at every step of the way no matter the size of project. Starting off with initial design and specification right through to final completion and beyond. We have established a great team and have great knowledge in a wide range of services within the M&E sector including renewable and sustainable technologies and solutions.

We have established some great relationships with manufacturers and suppliers alike to be able to offer the latest products and services all in line with current British standards and various regulations.
