Our installation on this one consisted of;

• Retrofit underfloor heating to the entire ground floor. Providing a total floor build up of just 22mm, this system also has a great heat output and is very responsive for the end user. All individually zoned and controlled via digital 7-day programmable room thermostats.
• 2no Vaillant Ecotec boiler fitted to external plant room. All pipework routed underground to the house via insulated PEX pipework. 10year warranties supplied with the boilers.
• 3no 300L cold mains water accumulators to ensure adequate flow rates and pressure to all outlets including multiple showers
• 2no 300L hot water storage cylinders, incl 3kw immersions, 25year warranties
• A full central heating, hot and cold water services 1^st fix installation.
• Traditional style cast iron radiators fitted throughout the first and second floors
• Full high end sanitaryware fit out to all bathrooms, ensuites, shower rooms and WC’s
• Kitchen and utility sink plumbing including Quooker boiling water tap installation
• All above ground soils and wastes including supply & installation of new cast iron soil stacks
