This is a live project, 1^st fix works are currently underway, on a school extension in MK on behalf of MKBC. Completion is due in January 24 so keep an eye out for updates on this one.

We have carried out a full M&E design. Some initial photos show our 1^st fix works but over the coming weeks the full installation will consist of the below services:

• Full M&E design and equipment specification
• 2no air source heat pumps to provide heating and hot water
• 300L hot water cylinder
• In screed underfloor heating to the entire extension
• All hot and cold water services and above ground soils and wastes
• A large MVHR and NVHR ventilation installation to provide fresh air and monitor temperature and CO2 levels in accordance with regulations
• Solar PV to be fitted to roof providing an offset in electricity
• Full electrical installation including lighting, emergency lighting, small power, data, CCTV, intruder alarm, door access control, fire alarm system, BMS interface controls
