A mechanical works installation on a large domestic three storey new build property in Harpenden completed earlier this year.

The installation consisted of the following services:

• Underfloor heating individually zoned with digital 7-day programmable room thermostats
• Upstairs zoned radiator circuits
• 64KW Vaillant system boiler including a 10year warranty
• Hot and cold water services installation to all bathrooms, ensuites, kitchen, utility and an outdoor kitchen
• Twin coil 300litre hot water cylinder to accommodate a solar thermal hot water supply
• A mainsboost system to accumulate and boost the domestic hot and cold water services
• Full sanitaryware fit out of high-end fixtures and fittings
• All internal and external above ground soils and wastes
